★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripped me off. I came to rent a tool for 24hrs, was told anytime tomorrow for drop off is fine. I came the next day to return the tool and was charged a 2 day rental because of hold it for 6hrs passed 24hrs... That was the only time I could come.
They should notify you when your renting a the beginning that this could happen.
The employee also had no empathy for this.
Horrible experience.

The rental process was painless.
However, people need to realize that the vehicle is under your liability insurance while you have it. Home Depot does not insure it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the store looking for something to deal with a STUBBORN shower stall drain blockage. A young fellow there was very helpful and knowledgeable. He told me that the previous product I used was discontinued. He recommended me an environmentally friendly product Green Gobbler. I was skeptical because other products claimed how powerful they were and didn't work. Turned out the Green Gobbler worked like magic (have to follow the instructions. The last step to run hot water is the key). I'm so glad that not only the drain was cleared but also I didn't pour a ton of chemicals down into the sewer. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually curbside pick up items from this Home Depot due to its proximity to home and the availability of multiple items. The store is well stocked. To my suprise today’s pick up is left in their Pick Up Locker. I received a Home Depot email to come and collect item from the locker, located just next to the entrance. The locked will prompt user to scand QR code attached to the email and a locker door will automatically opens. Signed the screen, collect item, close the locker door again and we’re good to go! Secure and convenient pick up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection and generally well stocked. Store is clean and staff is friendly ( when you can find one). Only 4 stars as often when you need professional help or input you can't find anyone or they are knowledgeable of the area. This wasn't the case a decade or two ago.
