β β β β β Went in to deposit some coins. The lady told me to walk over to the dollar store in the next plaza to get some coin rolls. What she didn't tell me is that they were closing in 5 minutes and that I would be wasting a half hour by doing so. Not a good day. Stay away from this branch.

β β β β β convenient location. it is a stand-alone building the parking lot is big. I only came for the machine. I never tried the service but I've read comments that the service is really bad.

β β β β β Extremely helpful staff and the branch manager Nancy Chiu is super helpful and customer focused. She personally helped me with a critical fund transfer which was needed for my condo closing.

β β β β β Except the bank manager, staff there were rude and unprofessional. One staff from south Asian was the worst one, when we asked to deposit some cash, she became suspicious and treated us like criminal.

β β β β β I've been going here often for my every day banking needs and most days here are a miss. I had a bad experience with one teller a week ago and I thought they were just having a bad day. However, I went again today, and a different teller was also just as rude. This branch should address their customer service if they expect to retain customer loyalty. This is the closest BMO to me. If I had more time or had to do anything more than every day banking, I would allot more time to travel to any other branch.

β β β β β if I could i would give more than 5 star to Kirija Kandiah for her Extremely helpful services and customer focused.
She is such a angel, so friendly and patiently helped me. It was such a relief to have the problem taken cared by the staff who are extremely knowledgeable. She is the Best when customer needed help! Thank you again, all the best !

β β β β β Horrible customer service. The front teller (white lady with blonde hair and glasses) is unwelcoming and always appears unhappy with providing service for me. If anything, she makes me as the customer seem like an inconvenience to her. Furthermore, her service is slow and would mutter to other employees about mistakes customers made. Really disrespectful and makes me not want to come to this branch again. She's been here for years and continues to showcase this behavior. If you don't enjoy your job, don't take it out on the customers and find a job that doesn't require you to help others.
