He always checks in to make sure you understand everything and makes himself available to deal with issues. I liked how we only went through him for everything and did not have to deal with multiple people. He is very honest and will always tell you about things outside his control. β β β β β I've worked with Atif twice now, once to attempt to refinance my mortgage and a second time to obtain a new mortgage. Atif is detailed oriented, diligent and easy to get along with. He was extremely helpful in getting me a mortgage that fit my needs, as well as assisting with getting a bridge loan to shore up funds in between closing dates. He was quick to respond at any time of the day and made the process as easy as possible for me.
