Thank you very much for the excellent service from Herb Dedot and I will continue to purchase Herb Depot products.

I ordered some Moxa sticks for my breech baby. Anyone who knows about this particular situation knows this can be a stressful/time sensitive situation. You have to burn Moxa for ten days straight, usually at the same time of day to turn a breech baby. I was running low on my Moxa supply that I had been given by my acupuncturist. I ordered some extra Moxa from The Herb Depot and paid the extra delivery fee for Swyft to deliver the sticks the very next business day. Swyft lost my package, which I discovered when I contact The Herb Depot directly after my package never arrived. Sarah was so kind and helpful after I sent them a panicked email about the delivery not arriving. Sarah then PERSONALLY delivered me Moxa sticks to my home, I assume on her lunch break. I was literally down to my last little bit of Moxa stick when Sarah swooped into bring me more. I can't think of a time when I have been treated with such generosity and kindness in the service industry. I will be shopping at The Herb Depot for all my future Chinese Medicine needs and they have created a life long supporter for this Toronto business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have upped their game. It is bright and modern and looks really good inside. Covid protocols were careful but reasonable. Service was friendly and thoughtful and they understood what I needed as an acupuncture practitioner. They had a somewhat limited supply of different sizes this time because of shipping issues with Covid. Nonetheless, the lady who helped me went to check for other sizes at 5:45pm. I am a long time customer, and have seen them as a shop that I knew had what I needed, but service was a bit gruff. Today was a really great surprise. I hope their newly renovated store is busy for many years to come.

I placed my first prescription order a few days ago. I sent my prescription to them and got a reply within half day. The prescription comes in each individual sealed packet. Really impressed.
