They are very nice but my treatment was not what I am use to from another facility that I have used in the past. I did not get the comfort that I usually get after a treatment. I am still in a lot of pain. This was not a good match for me but thanks for your time and energy

Johnny and Sherry for acupuncturist, they are both really good! They knew why and which part you are painful, and they knew how to deal with perfectly. Love this place!
I	Indre Ra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place after friends recommendation. It was easy to find, appointment started on time, the staff was friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable. The massage itself was very painful to me, but the masseuse was always making sure that it’s not too much for me and the pain is bearable. I’m sure that lady knew super well what she was doing, knowing exactly which muscle to press and when to release. It felt a bit weird to have other people having their sessions so close by and hearing all the noises, but other than that I’m pretty sure it’s a great place. I myself prefer relaxing massage, so this isn’t exactly for me, but even though it was painful during the session, I felt better afterwards.
M	Meimei Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a spontaneous decision to have a massage with my mom so my husband called and asked if they could accept walking-in and the receptionist said no problem. We told the receptionist we would arrive at 3pm and she didn't say there's a problem. We arrived slightly before 3pm and the receptionist had arranged us an 1 hour RMT massage. Both masseurs who massaged me and my mom were wonderful and we had a great time. However, it was not 1 hour long but 45 mins. When I paid the bill, I mentioned to the receptionist that it was not 1 hour and we shouldn't have been charged 1 hour. The receptionist blamed us for being late for 15 mins which she didn't mention on the phone. After some negotiations, she finally changed the price for us but her reason still was to blame us and it was their grace to us that they changed the bill. My mom, husband and I were all unhappy with the dishonesty and lack of sense of responsibility from the receptionist that she never mentioned there would be a penalty for not arriving at 2:45pm and tried to force us to pay extra.

Otherwise, look no further than Tuina Toronto for your massage needs! The staff is well trained and respectful, quick to serve you if you walk in. The owner is kind and considerate towards my needs and requests and always makes sure I walk out relieved of my aches. When he doesn't have a slot for appointments, he's quick to make it up to me. Not every service understand how to treat customers like human beings, but the owner clearly does and I've been a regular since 2016!

However, when I was waiting near the front desk, the senior employee was training the new hire in a very condescending manner. There are definitely many small details for a new hire to acquire. But I sincerely hope the training could be more gentle and with respect. As a person with a very traumatic experience in my first job, I believe we all deserve some encouragement when adapting to a new environment. Both the front desk ladies are very nice to me and they are professional. I was so depressed after hearing the training conversations that I did not say bye. The newly hired young lady said goodbye to me in a very cheerful way. I really appreciate her kindness and I hope she would do well in her new job.

During the one hour, she consulted my health habits and checked conditions, and then performed acupuncture and cupping on me. What was a big surprise and appreciation is, during the times waiting for cupping and acupuncture to complete, she put a warm lamp on m, AND was helping to massage my arms, head, shoulders, and legs. From my past experience, staffs usually just take a break during this times. Ella is very professional and nice. After home, my grandma told me in Asian way, Ella has pulled out lots of toxic and over-weighted Yin from my body, which help me a lot. Thanks again. I wish I can visit Toronto soon and for sure I will visit here again.
