★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Heatman was our choice for installation of a new water tank recently. Zibi was very quick to respond to any enquiries. He is very professional and kept my home clean during the installation. He is very good at what he does and the quality of work is very good. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. I would absolutley recommend the Heatman for any heating/cooling and other services.

Gave a super affordable rate and was highly efficient in installing my 3 ductless Mitsubishi air conditioners in my multi level townhouse condo. Highly recommend this company , the service was impeccable. Zibbi was so friendly and honest his co worker was just so nice. Together they made this experience absolutely fantastic and stress free for me and my 1 year old being home while they installed. Again highly highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zibi is brilliant in his work and does not stop until he fixes and finishes everything. He came over to help me with my Aprilaire steam humidifier and set up my place with a new smart thermostat that controls the whole house (air cleaner, humidifier, AC and dehumidifier). And he is totally fair on his pricing, so much so that I got him to come back to clean my furnace. BTW he checked my burners at the same time and adjusted this so that my furnace last longer.. no charge. The best complement I could give someone of his integrity in this industry is refer him to others including my family. Anyway, he is my guy for HVAC service ongoing. The big guys out there have nothing on this guy ( the heating man), full stop! Thanks Zibi!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my hot water heat tank leak all over my basement. Called Zibi for some prices on a new unit. dealt over text .. gave me a price and date To install on a unit he recommended. No pressure no pushy tsctics. I did my research, called around and ultimately went with him. He came in the morning with his partner Mike, got the job done in less than 2 hours. Used carpet runners on my carpeted basement stairs. Left the area in a clean state, install was cleanly done (no hacky plumbing). He got the warranty info filled out for use and sent us the details over email. Great communication, great speed and fair prices. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zibi from the Heatman installed our new furnace, our hot water tank and cleaned our ducts. What can I say? The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. His team was professional, efficient, very friendly and extremely responsive to calls, emails, texts and all of our questions (trust me we had many). He ensured the work was done in a timely manner, he paid close attention to all the small details and kept the entire area clean during the installation. We booked Zibi during an emergency as our basement flooded and he not only re-assured us but re-arranged his schedule to accommodate us as we urgently needed the furnace and hot water tank. He provided us with several options for the furnace and hot water tank, gave us the option to upgrade to install a thicker 5mm filter and also ensured our furnace and tank were properly registered. We are going to call him back to install our AC in the spring and have already recommended him to family, friends and colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today when the temperature was -20 I discovered that my heater was off. I tried everything to make it working without any luck. I called a few companies but none of them were able to come. Although I explained to them that it's freezing in our house they didn't appreciate it except Zibi he came in about 45 minutes and fixed the problem in half an hour. He also charged me the minimum fees which I really appreciate it. This is the company you can trust. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is hard to find reliable, trustworthy, honest and competent contractors. I cannot say enough praise for Zibi and his partner Michal.
They installed new gas lines for our stoves, 2 bbqs, 2 furnaces, 2 air conditioners and a water heater including all the duct work required for our home in Toronto.
After getting several quotes we were the most confident with their team. They were thorough, easy to talk to, polite, professional and always a pleasure to work with. They answered our questions and addressed any concerns we had. They know their stuff! Truly expert HVAC contractors and genuinely nice people!
Their prices are fair and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them or using them again.
