★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience dealing with Phil and Drew of Applewood Air Conditioning Ltd. Phil and Drew installed my new Carrier furnace. They were courteous, polite, and efficient.
As I requested, Phil cleaned the A-coil, a fixture sitting above the furnace, before installing the furnace. The A-coil had accumulated fine dust and dirt throughout the years.
Drew installed the new thermostat and made sure it is leveled and functioning properly.
As a G2 certificate holder, I could attest that they did a terrific job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best sales guy come to my house and give me a quote. Bob Ross. Straight up. No pressure, no fuss. Nothing but confidence was instilled in me. It was a biggish spend for me - $8.5K as I also added in tankless water system and having checked out the comps, this price was in line.
Install guys, father and son, Dan and Kevin were respectful. Took their time and I am so happy with the install, including fixing a hole into my house left by the installation of my new Lennox a/c last year (another company).
Followup with Applewood for warranty and paperwork was seamless.
I am thrilled with my new high efficiency Lennox furnace providing two-stage heating (what a difference) and Bosch Greentherm water system which provides fast delivery of hot water.
Office staff are friendly and responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a new home, where the furnace was installed by Applewood. In order to maintain the warranty, I had to use Applewood to install the A/C as well. At first, I thought this arrangement would result in an inflated price. I can assure you this is 100% not true. I compared Applewood's prices to an independent installer, and Applewood's prices are very competitive. Joe was my sales rep, and was extremely knowledgable on the various options for my home, and was able to answer all of my questions and never tried to up-sell me. A salesperson who doesn't try to up sell you, what is the world coming to?! Dru and Sebastian were my installers. They were extremely punctual and processional. They did a really good job cleaning up, and patiently walked me through using the new A/C. Thank-you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applewood came and serviced our furnace motor when it seized up after our basement was renovated. They came and fixed the problem and went the extra mile.
We were approached by another company about incentives and a new furnace.
We decided to contact Applewood and discuss these incentives and work with them as they were very good to us. We have a new born who has respiratory issues and allergies. Applewood worked with us for separate quotes for new systems getting AC which we did not have in the house, a new 2 stage furnace, and better air filtration and humidifier.
They worked through all our questions and made a lower end version and a better one. We worked with Shelley who was amazing, knowledgable and very understanding.
We had to upgrade our electrical system it was a bit of shock but again Shelley got us in touch with an electrician to check us out and then we got them to do the work.
We had the system installed, the 2 Mike's came, were courteous, and efficient. It was mid April and on the day they came to install it snowed.
Its been just over a week and already our little one is breathing better and does not have the dry eyes.
I cant thank them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month we purchased a new Lennox furnace, air conditioner, and iComfort S30 thermostat from Applewood and the entire experience was great. Shelley went over our options with us and did not pressure us into anything, and she kindly arranged for an install the next day because our existing furnace had bit the dust. Dan and Kevin were awesome installers. They explained things as the work progressed and didn't mind me bugging them with questions while they were working. We are very happy with the furnace so far - it is the SLP99V model and it is ridiculously quiet and comfortable. We don't even notice it is running. We look forward to testing out the air conditioner in the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applewood completed my gas line for the new pool heater. The job was done professional, and timely. Igli,(our techncian) was great. He was very pleasant and completed the job quickly with no issues, problems or complaints. We couldn't ask for a better company to have done this job for us. We will definitely tell all our friends to use Applewood in the future.

My mother's furnace needed replacing and after contacting Applewood , I received call back from Brendan O'Brian asking for details. Within days, Brendan had a new furnace installed in my mother's home. The two Service technicians Dan and Kevin did an amazing job . I will highly recommend Applewood , to anyone looking for any furnace or A/C repairs in the future.

Applewood had a new one installed the day after I called them - and at a significantly better price than was quoted by a major service provider. The technicians even detected an issue with my gas water heater that they fixed as a courtesy when they were on site. Excellent, fast and courteous service.
