The clinic itself is super clean and very professional looking both inside and out. The service is beyond reproach and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got some custom sleep moulds. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming! My experience both times were phenomenal. When I got my sleep earplugs I didn’t know how to put them in. I went back and they took their time answering my questions and showed me how to correctly put them in my ears. I will definitely be back for all my hearing needs! Thank You to everyone at The Hearing Loss Clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So impressed with the clinic and staff on our first visit. My son had some problems with his hearing aids, Judy fit us in right away and Lori was able to fix the problem quickly. Kendra and Judy also gifted my son with and elf on the shelf that had his own hearing aids! So amazing! My son was absolutely thrilled and can't wait to come back for his next appointment.

The facility is very clean, professional and inviting. I had the pleasure of being helped by Barb, and she was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time having a hearing test, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff here were knowledgeable, professional and kind. The office was clean and I was even offered a coffee while I waited for my appointment. The staff answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I'd highly recommend them if you require any hearing services.

Lisa helped me with my hearing test and answered all my questions in a very professional way. I would like to thank her and the reception staff for being so kind and caring. I would highly recommend hearing loss clinic at crawford for all your hearing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experience I ever had. Wish I could give more stars. The staff were so efficient and responsive to our urgent request. We went in emergency hospital for ear wax clean up last week but it didn't work really well. After meeting 4 doctors in Calgary, Lisa from The Hearing Loss Clinic removed my ear wax very quickly and the process was totally smooth. Special thanks to Lisa, you are awesome.
I would definitely come here again. The best place in Calgary for any ear treatments.
