★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning on working here have some back up options as they are either rapidly hiring and laying off due to projects or are dismissing staff not on merits of work or extra time put in on weekends and early mornings but on whether the owner gets upset at the conservation he is eavesdropping on. Simply put if a company starts an interview complaining about people not meeting there value system you might want to seriously inquire what that will mean for you.

We had our kitchen pulled apart with a reno and needed the electrical portion done so I could get my kitchen back. With a busy schedule, he was able to fit us in at the end of his day the same day I called! I'd recommend On Point for any electrical job you may need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month we needed some electrical work/ upgrading done in our business. We contacted Travis and his team and they came in and gave us a quote that was by far a lot lmore affordable than the competitors that had come in and quoted us.
Not only did they give us so many efficient options and helped us get our energy rebate, but they also gave us the most economical way to do what we needed to do without pressure.
They stayed within our budget and got work done quicker than we anticipated.
The whole team is friendly and they work with integrity, I would highly recommend them for any job. Thank you Travis and Kyle for making our space bright and beautiful. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty fair in my complaints to any business but I was not impressed with these guys. I clearly explained what I needed done (basic fan wiring with a switch install), the tech showed up without gang boxes which is a pretty fundamental thing for installing switches. They said they would call and have me rebooked quickly. That did not happen. I had to call back on the Monday and they didn't have a clue what I was talking about, again said they would call back within an hour. 2 days later I get text saying they will be there the next day with consulting me.
I don't know if your taking on to much work, I appreciate the use of technology to communicate but basic fundamentals of showing up on time and ready to go is more appreciated. If your late or forget something, no big deal but that's on you to communicate that. I'm a really easy going customer who always offers to help and clean up after so the tech can get to their next job.
Went with another company who I communicated the same thing to. They showed up on time with gang boxes and wire and did the job the for less than half of one on point quoted.
