Needed a new insurance broker after my previous one informed me that they would no longer be able to cover me under my current provider. Peggy was efficient, informative, and very pleasant to deal with. Whole process took a few e-mails and a few moments in the office to get me started on a policy under their brokerage and she was able to honour the plan I had previously.

He made the experience pain free and in this time of COVID was willing to mail out the forms required and came to the house to pick up the paperwork for us.
