I	Ivy Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am stunned. I needed an appointment for my sister and mom. The receptionist was being incredibly difficult. She didn't explain why I needed different day appointments if they were both going to be there for the first appointment. When I explained my concern, she began with, "I understand what you're saying but..., you know what, fine. 2:30 for your mom. 2:00 for your sister." I said thank you and was answered with her hanging up the phone on me. What in the world?

From the receptionists to the doctors, it's a place filled with people that genuinely care. Dr. Dueck has gone above and beyond for my family and so have the staff, we are very thankful for them.
D	Debbie J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only seen by an RN. Told there are no available doctors. Everytime I go in they treat me like I am either a drug addict ( I do not do any type of drugs) or am hysterical. I have stopped trying to get help from them . I go as infrequently as possible.

Rude staff one end to the other gossip about patients rather than help, Watch your back you will not be heard or listened to or helped . Even those that start out seeming to care will turn on you or just like all turn their backs and it is obvious there is no trust empathy compassion or actual truth behind the Oath do no harm at GCHC exact opposite.

This is not the first time I have had an issue with my doctor, it seems to me that when trying to get refills they always have an excuse to get you to make an appointment, . I suffer from anxiety unlike so many other things so recently this week I ended up having to get some more medication for my seizures and others on top of my anxiety. Didn’t know it was gonna be so difficult just to get my anxiety pill she then ignored my request from my refills because she told me and my husband that I hadn’t taken them in a while like she would know because she lives under the same roof as me? And then she proceeded to tell me that it has not been in my list for two years excuse me what have I been taking them for the last two years because last time I checked I’ve been taking them not trying to be rude but I didn’t have a problem with my old doctor and I seem to be having issues with my new doctor at this point I’m thinking of switching doctors that’s how bad this is getting and on top of that she has no clue of what she is doing !!
