Their maintenance staff and management team lie and avoid phone calls regularly. Do not rent any property with this company or else you will be very disappointed.

Horrible - Sheila and Ashley Cameron are liars, they will misrepresent the properties they advertise to hook you into really bad leases. Do not rent from them and also if you chose so, always have an independent inspector review the property or be prepared for hell.

I have been very disappointed in this company and how they conduct their business. As a matter of fact, I feel very sorry for any owners of properties that are entrusting this company to assist them in renting out their vacant units. Guelph City Realty don't seem to care very much about responding to active and interested parties in these said properties. I have personally contacted them on two separate occasions and they have on both occasions ignored my emails and telephone calls, and have only responded two weeks after I had started the process of inquiries and their excuses include: She was on vacation, she was on maternity leave. Their response to me only occurred after I left a voice mail escalating the matter for me to speak to the owner. These properties are posted on Kijiji. Someone must have been posting these properties, however the email and telephone number associated with the post go unanswered....for a week or more...in my case, well over two weeks. When they finally did respond after my constant calls and emails to please get back to me as I'm trying to move my business to a new location and my time was limited, they told me that they had no space for me. To date, the spaces I was interested in seeing are still vacant. I would think that if you are an owner of a building, you might want to look at another real estate agency as these folks really don't seem to care much about helping you in a timely and efficient manner. As you can see from their response to my review below, they take no responsibility for their actions and THANK GOODNESS they aren't affiliated with a company who actually has a much better reputation in the city. Buyer/renter beware.

The complete unprofessional way this company is run, is pathetic the financial controller and general manager will run this company into the ground. Chester Sr would be disgusted with the way his legacy is being run!
