★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in at the beginning of 2021. The atmosphere is very clean and inviting. Spacious and luxurious. I love not having to go downstairs to do laundry. Loving the in suite laundry. The site manager Chris is very nice while being professional. His girlfriend Jessica is also very kind and helpful. Chris answers the phone right away and is knowledgeable. I would recommend living here to those who are looking for stress free living.

Excellent living spaces in a very clean, quiet building.
Secured parking, secured access, and plenty of accessibility accommodations for those who need them!
The property management was very attentive and helpful through the entire application and moving process.
If there is a vacancy, and you want a beautiful apartment in the downtown core of Guelph, there is no better option!
