Really comfortable room, well laid out, light detoxes where they're supposed to be. Bathroom clean with a proper shower, nice breakfast nook. Check in efficient and on site restaurant on-pointe. Really glad I came here my colleagues tell me this is the preferred hotel of the few at the airport for a layover before travelling.

Very poor service from reception staff Steven. He was aggressive to me when i was having conversation with him. I stayed here many time but never received such bad service from front desk.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many of time with work , never an issue until today . My tv didn’t work and when I called the front desk he asked β€œif I had turned it on” the answer to this was of course, how could I tell that it wasn’t working unless I tried . He then showed up very promptly which was nice , he brought a new remote and to no avail, the tv still doesn’t work . That being said he then directed me to use an iPad or a phone to watch Netflix or something . There is nothing else he can do ! That’s non sense at a hotel that’s suppose to be a top notch place ! Might want to ask if everything works before you book a night , on the plus side there is another hotel connected via an indoor corridor. Cheers

The room was not vacuumed. The floor looked like it was not mopped. A hand towel for a bath mat. Was told they didn’t have enough. Housekeeping staff not very friendly. Seemed to be understaffed. The only good thing about this hotel is the view

A microwave is a standard in pretty much every hotel specially when it’s a 4 star hotel!! Also, for having a deluxe king room with no desk lamp to do work while on a business trip is a joke! Other than that, pretty neat and modern place….

front desk staff Andrew provided amazing and patient customer service! Ryan in the blue marble was so polite and efficient! Even the The blue marble restaurant in the hotel provided amazing food higher than my expectations, the duck leg and short ribs are highly recommended

The rooms are very clean. Beds super comfy. Food in the restaurant was great. Soo close to airport. .That is where the the good experience has stopped. Asked for 1 more coffee pod...so we could have 2..this was at 5pm.. planning for the morning. They said they couldn't help us with that. All night long there was a LOUD motor hum.(we have to get up at 3am) Just "mentioned" it to the front desk..they said it could be maintenance. Perhaps next time ask for a "quieter room"..seriously!! I went outside thinking the airport was clearing runways...nope...Writing this at 8:37pm. We'll see what transpires in the morning.

We arrived at the airport around 1 am from a very long flight and soon found out our suv wouldn't start as it was -30 C outside. The airport hotels we called were booked so we went to the Grand Hotel as a last ditch effort. The employee at the front desk was genuinely concerned about us and found a way to get us rooms so that we didn't have to sleep in the airport. It was so nice to be treated with concern and generosity after an exhausting day. What a great crew at this Hotel. Thanks so much guys. Proud to be back in Winnipeg!
