★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to work very careless nursing supervisors. Residents being touched by other residents on locked unit when this was reported to in charge nurse was just brushed off was told a week later by head nurse that she never reported the incident to the residents family or anything I was told if I mentioned it to anyone I would also be in trouble because she never reported it. Lifts not being used properly there are more then one buckle on a sling for a reason but staff dont care to buckle both buckles just trying to get the job done faster rather then caring about a residents safety. I hade a few free mintues before my shift ended and was asked by a residents to help her hang up some clothes she has been at the glebe for 4 days and has asked plenty of staff to assist her with hanging a few clothes which she was then told ask the next staff coming on they have more time very sad this women was wearing the same clothing for 3 days she has stated I would never want my family to go here after I assist the residents to hang up some of her clothes I was the told off by the nurse that the woman can do it her self this residents could not reach to hang up anything also confined to a wheel chair the nurse then said she would get someone to lower the closet rod so the resident can do it herself which I dont believe was ever done. Unprofessional staff alot of inappropriate comments and behavior sexual remarks staff talking bad about residents if you truly care about ur loved ones I would look elsewhere some where with caring staff.
