★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je remercie infiniment le personnel en soins palliatifs pour les bons soins prodigués à ma mère. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute du patient et des proches aidants. Je ne vous oublierai jamais et je n'hésiterai pas à vous recommander à d'autres personnes.
I would like to thank the palliative care staff very much for the good care given to my mother. The staff are always attentive to the patient and the caregivers. I will never forget you and I will not hesitate to recommend you to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma grand-mère y était. Elle y est décédée ( de cause naturelle! ) Mon frère avait peur de la mort et c'est lui qui était à son chevet lorsque c'est arrivé. Mais le personnel était présent pour le rassurer. J'ai rarement vu ça. Bravo à toute l'équipe. On connait le système pourri de Santé au Québec, alors ceci étant pris en compte, j'ai rien à redire.
My grandmother was there. She died there (from natural causes!) My brother was afraid of death and it was he who was at his bedside when it happened. But the staff were there to reassure him. I have rarely seen this. Congratulations to the whole team. We know the rotten Health system in Quebec, so this being taken into account, I have no complaints.

L'équipe de spécialistes ( ergo , physio , orthophoniste et nutritioniste) sont parfait rien à dire sur eux.
Parcontre ce qui est de la gestion et de la communication équipe versus membre de la famille (proche aidant).... cela laisse à désirer.
I put 1 star because I cannot put less.
The team of specialists (ergo, physio, speech therapist and nutritionist) are perfect nothing to say about them.
Parcontre what is the management and communication team versus family member (caregiver) .... that leaves much to be desired.
