This residence is very negligent in terms of medical care, although the nursing staff are friendly.

I reported the to the CLSC but between government entities they turn a blind eye to everything.
The Ombudsman was no help either, they believed all the lies told by Centre Biermans.

If one with thing I regret is not doing is to have installed camaras to spy on these people. It would have made a great difference.
Keep an eye out for bruises and complaints from your relatives if they are capable.
Be vigilant because the majority of the caregivers dont give a crap about the patients wellbeing.
