â â â â â AprĂšs des dĂ©gĂąts d'eau qui arrive sous la porte de chez moi, l'inspecteur de l'APCHQ est venu deux fois, il a fait des recommendations Ă l'entrepreneur, il a insinuĂ© que ça venait de mon drain, malgrĂ© que je lui ai dit que mon drain n'avait pas dĂ©border avant l'incident, mais il a quand mĂȘme dit dans sa dĂ©cision que ça venait du drain comme s'il avait un parti prit avec l'entrepreneur, mes assurances ont tout payĂ© pour mon plancher, mais voici que le dĂ©gĂąt d'eau est revenu et il m'envoi encore ce mĂȘme inspecteur qui ne prend mĂȘme pas la peine de regarder sous ma porte que le calfeutrage de l'entrepreneur n'a pas tenue, il met la faute cette fois-ci sur la gouttiĂšre qui est prĂšs du solage car mon drain est super propre aussi je lui ai dit: et les balcons en pente descendante qui nous ramĂšne l'eau vers nos portes exterieur c'est normal, il dit que non car ça Ă©tĂ© malfait par l'entrepreneur et qu'il devrait reprendre se travail et rajoute: ta garantie de maison neuve est terminĂ©, voici mon expĂ©rience avec mon condo neuf. J'envoi maintenant une mise en demeure contre l'entrepreneur et l'APCHQ et des procĂ©dures juridiques seront faits s'il ne change pas le verdict de l'inspection non-complĂ©tĂ© de cette inspecteur me causant de grand prĂ©judice, assurance dispendieuse et difficile Ă revendre.
After water damage that comes under the door of my home, the inspector APCHQ came twice, he made recommendations to the contractor, he insinuated that it came from my drain, despite that I told him that my drain did not overflow before the incident, but he still said in his decision that it came from the drain as if he had a party took with the contractor, my insurance paid everything for my floor, but now the water damage has come back and he still sends me this same inspector who does not even bother to look under my door that the caulking of the contractor did not hold, he puts the blame this time on the gutter that is near the floor because my drain is super clean too I told him: and the balconies downhill that brings us water to our doors outside it's normal, he says no because it was badly done by the contractor and he should get back to work and add: your new home warranty is over, here is my experience with my new condo. I am now sending a formal notice against the contractor and the APCHQ and legal proceedings will be conducted if it does not change the verdict of this inspector's uncompleted inspection causing me great prejudice, expensive and difficult insurance to resell.
