They have always answered any of my questions that I have, and I usually have a ton of questions haha they definitely know their stuff, I won't go to any other store when I'm in need ?. I've recommended so many of my friends and family.

β β β β β I am a regular visitor of this store. I buy all of my cannabis products here and have never had a poor experience with the staff. They are extremely accommodating and have great product knowledge. I write this review with my visit today strongly in mind. I went in with a handful of change, enough to buy a pre-roll. The gentleman working promoted a great sense of community and offered to help me grab a full gram of product instead by picking up the difference out of pocket. This sense of community was clearly infectious, as when the total came up and the amount was still greater then the collected funds, a fellow customer pitched in the remainder. I can definitely say that this store and it's staff are dedicated and committed to the culture surrounding their product and I will continue to support this local business. It is highly recommended.

β β β β β There's a reason they're highly reviewed and rated, they care most about two things. How their customers are treated from the moment you walk in, and their prices. They are the most reasonably priced store in the Calgary area and the staff are lovely. I stopped in last night to pick up some herb and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. If you're looking for the next spot to grab some bud, definitely check this place out.

β β β β β The Garden is exactly that, I walked in from the cold to a little oasis.
Staff were down to earth, friendly & more then willing to help me with my questions.
I particularly loved the care & attention clearly put into the lush greenery that grows in this store, way more inviting than bright overhead annoying lights.
5 stars all the way.

β β β β β Very pleasant atmosphere. Clean, well organized and friendly knowledgeable staff. My 2 issues that cost them 2 stars are as follows: 1) perhaps they should employ more staff. 2 of them trying to help the 6 or 7 customers that were there was not efficient. 2) this is a big problem for me but it rests on the shoulders of the supplier rather than the shop but i got it there so its partially on them. This picture i included is a 1 gram package of sensi star from acreage pharms ltd. That i just purchased here about 40 minutes ago. Firstly the package was ridiculously difficult to open and i was only able to do so by destroyong it. Then we look at what was inside. It weighs up at 0.7g on my accurate scale. Just by looking at it you can tell its not a gram. I feel like i got burned.
I know or i think you guys dont package it im pretty sure thats done by the suppliers (correct me if im wrong) but you should put an actual gram in the package and weigh it then compare the weight with every single one you sell. It just sucks that i didnt get what i paid for and i feel like yall could have used some preventative measures. Perhaps you should contact acreage pharms ltd. And let them know of this issue. I also recommend you open one of your 1 g bags of this and weigh the contents to see for yourself.
Wont be buying anything supplied by acreage pharms ltd. Ever again either here or any other dispensary.
