This was a great experience! Tour guide was friendly, humourous and knowledgeable. I would have given them 5 stars just for this. What earned them an extra star (if I could) was that they were very accommodating with my mother. He pulled up a chair for her to sit in and rode in the elevator with her so she had the chance to take the full tour. With the information provided I was able to successfully get one family member on high quality CBD. Without an "expert" confirming my recommendation it never would have happened. A special thanks to them for investing back into this town!! ❀

Cooles tour ever! Please DO stop by and educate yourself. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they have a cool mini museum and the free tours run every 15min. Plus, the store has the prettiest souvenirs ever! A dream come true ?

Quality of products are great but you need to address this issue. Absolutely no excuse as to why it is .5 off.. thats 5 dollars I'm out and it isn't the first time. Whether the issue is moisture control or the packing fix it. I expect to be shorted from the back ally supplier not a company expecting positive growth. Do better.

Was a cool place to visit as I was passing through town. I didn't quite know what to expect but I remembered coming here as a kid to see the Hershey's production line. The museum itself is modern and up to date. It is pretty small so don't go there thinking it's an afternoon outing. It starts with an 8 minute video on the history of cannabis, dating back 12,000 years. The video is played in a theatre that has interesting artifacts in displays along the perimeter. After the video you go into the next area, I think it is called _____101 there you learn all about the different effects marijuana has on your body. You can also smell the different terpines and have them explained to you. Next is the catwalk through the grow op. To my - not so - surprise the halls still smelt of chocolate. It'll be years before that smell goes away. You go around a corner where there are some windows peering into different grow rooms. I didn't find it anything special. I was expecting to at least see some people tending to the crop. After the catwalk you go into the Tokyo Smoke Cafe - would have been interesting to try if there was a barista there - I could hear the crickets. As with any good museum/tour it ends in the giftshop. There you can buy swag, apparel, and paraphernalia. All overpriced IMHO Overall an okay experience. The price was right so that alone made it worth the drop in.

Fun place to visitβ€” great tourβ€” generally informativeβ€” very engaging tour guide. Little shop is also goodβ€” frankly, some good deals to be had (vape selection) and some fun bits and bobs. Lots being developed so probably worth a second visit in 6-12 months to see what’s new

Lots of interesting facts to learn and touring the upper hall where you can look down on production rooms is pretty cool. Short film in the screening room at beginning of tour is well done. Guides were situated throughout the facility in case we had any questions and they were more than happy to share their knowledge. A must see if visiting Smiths Falls! Comfy lounge area where they serve coffee, and a gift shop with cool merch as well, from clothing to accessories.
