If I hadn't gone out to see what they were doing back in the truck, think they would of just left. Next day it rained and still had the issue of leaking between house and gutter. It's been 6 weeks chasing them to come and look at it. Calling them gets response like "Maybe the trough is clogged" or "Excessive slope on gutter."3 times they said they would and 3 times no show. Can't even get their stories straight with their own office. Extremely unprofessional and obliviously don't mean what they quote on their site "qualified roofing contractors who are committed to honesty and quality work on every job no matter how small or large".

Never before have a I met such a great group of tradesmen who value their work as much as the homeowner does. My roof and eavestrough were totally destroyed and needed to be replaced. I have over 3000sq feet of roof - a complex 8/12 pitch with lots of valleys and peaks and almost 300 feet eavestrough to replace also. From day one, these lads were on site and working before I made my first coffee- They remained professional and courteous throughout their time at my place and were always available to answer any questions I had promptly. They covered any areas to prevent dirt and damage, including my pool area and deck and interlocking. The products they used were solid and exactly what we had asked for. My children liked the team so much they drew pictures for all the workers and brought them Gatorade to say thank you- This says a lot when even the children take the time to recognize the tradesmen!! To sum things up - I’m not a guy who likes too many people - but to give an idea - I have each of these lads in my phone now and I consider them friends. I highly recommend this business for anything you need and I will guarantee you, you will not be disappointed. The price and the service were A++++ Thanks again to Rob, Graham, and Nick squared (2 Nicks), and to the owner Matt for always communicating any updates to me.
