β β β β β I have been going to this location since they opened, and have never had a bad experience. Each time I have gone in, I ask the opinions of everyone that is working that day dependent upon what I'm looking for in my smoking experience. Consistently, I have been given excellent choices both in variety of flower and overall experience. I make a point of purchasing at least 1 of their many suggestions every time I go in, and I am yet to be disappointed. My smoking experiences have only gotten better with their advice and suggestions. I have even tried to trip them up a few times by being super specific with what I'm looking for in regards to terpene profile, or taste, or of course, the high. And even then, I was given some real dingers! I cannot thank the staff of this location enough for being not only very informative, but also more than willing to chat for a while and round out the whole buying experience. These are the kinds of people that you want in your store; people that actually give a hoot! These are the kinds of the people that, by their own character, will create a community around themselves just by being good at what they do. Again, I sincerely thank everyone at the Kemptville location for being stellar at their jobs. I haven't had this much fun smoking since high school!

β β β β β The gentleman who asked me to write this review was a new face to the team at Spiritleaf, but was eager to satisfy my expectations of high quality service I've come to rely on from your Kemptville location.
Although each of the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, a special mention goes to the chef du cuisine, Lauren, who's an exceptionally bright light both behind the counter and behind the grill. Happy anniversary team!
