β β β β β Where has the customer service gone? Every time we go through the drive "what can I get you" "pull up please". Gone are the days of welcoming someone? Manners? Appreciation? I don't know...just my opinion.

β β β β β Walked in was very clean. Staff however weren't very friendly or wanting to serve us waited over 10 minutes for service. There was only 2 girls on for a evening rush that was not too smart.

β β β β β Always rushing with food. No attention to detail and eveeytime I ask for a double toasted bagel and it is soggy and cold from the moment I open it with the butter not even being melted. Yes I get it......It's busy but just take your time to make a customer's orders right instead of sacrificing quality.

β β β β β I ordered a normal size chili and they only gave me half the bun everywhere else I go to gives me a full bun when I order a normal size chilling. I should have only gave them half my money.

β β β β β Service here can be hit or miss. Also your order can be hit or miss. One time I had a head office employee in line behind me inside who lost her cool due to staff chatting rather than serving us. That was entertaining.

β β β β β Amazing food! We had a sampler plate with pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Hubby had a burger with onion rings. Absolutely top notch for everything! Waitress spoke English, which we really appreciated. Atmosphere, decor, and view overlooking Gatineau was fantastic!

β β β β β This location works like a well oiled machine. The staff are friendly and efficient. I usually get take out or drive through but this morning I arrived before 6:00 am and thought to kill some time doing what I like best, eating and drinking coffee (pumpkin late). I was able to not only observe the inner workings but also discovered why they work so well here. The supervisors, the one I spoke with today is an extremely efficient lady with a winning combination of friendly, firm and fair. She answered the staffs questions quickly and well and saw a customer in need while the others were distracted by their jobs. There was also a safety conscious gentleman that loudly but cheerfully called out βhot trayβ whenever the warning was needed. 5 stars for an excellent crew and deep gratitude for all the employees I saw this morning. Remember, you are not just serving coffee and doughnuts; you starting the day off right for many Canadians. Thank !!!!
