We are Bro-Tech Plumbing; two brothers with determination and pride.

Preston and Dylan have years of experience in the business of Plumbing and Heating. Finishing the Apprentice Program and achieving their Full journeymen tickets & Red seal documents, while being employed and learning hands on what it takes to keep their customers happy. Now being able to run a small business on their own it's a breeze. With the knowledge they have acquired over the years of experience in their field, no challenge is to much for these two Professionals. Being from a small town with families and homes of their own, they know what customer service means to them and strive to take personal interest in each of their customers.

r	ron zeegers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace quit last night, called brotech in Strathmore and the girl working the phones has zero customer service skills. She stated that they are swamped and if they come over it will be really expensive. Wow, we have used them before, but we will NEVER give them our business moving forward and I will tell anyone that asks the same thing. VEry disappointed. Update, Bro-tech called me, Perhaps I was a little upset the other day, I guess you get that way when you have no heat. She apologized which was very professional of her. As a note we have used them 3 or 4 times in the past with excellent service. Again I WOULD recommend them .

Based on that experience, I hired them to plumb in the kitchen of my new house, and also to replace the plugged main sewer line and plumb in a bathroom during the basement remodel. I've given them a lot of money for these jobs. Unfortunately, I was charged for premium service and received the cheapest of materials. The work in the basement was left incomplete due to lack of communication or interest on Dylan's part. The best work was done by the subcontractor they hired. Sorry guys, you have to step it up. Your prices should reflect the work and service you provide. I haven't seen that at all. UPDATE - Preston stepped up and helped provide a solution to the issue of completing the project with the same materials. My advice would be to go to him for what you need.

We couldn’t get on top of our trailer so I went and Bro tech was in the campground right by ours and they very gladly came with a ladder and made so we wouldn’t get wet an easy fix but so greatful to Preston and Dylan for coming over and saving the day!!! So appreciated

Unfortunately either due to communication issues between our contractor & them or lack of care there are several problems. The valves for the shower are installed at the incorrect depth making the trim kits fit incorrectly, supply lines for a clawfoot tub appear to be in the wrong place making the faucet "fit" on a weird angle, our suction pump has 3/4" line where there should have been 1" (it is 1" into the house and then, for some reason, is switched to 3/4" inside. As a result there is not enough water pressure in the house) and we were billed for a gas line behind our stove but it does not appear to be there. Repeated calls to Bro-Tech have yielded no response or solution. Edit: Bro-Tech finally reached out to clear up a couple of things. I now believe some of these issues are due to our contractors lack of communication between us and Bro-Tech. However, it is unfortunate that it took me leaving a negative review to receive a response. These issues could have easily been cleared up with a returned phone call.

D	Derek Holmes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called bro tech after another company claimed I required a replacement furnace for a 2nd opinion as I wasn't convinced it needed replacement. Sure enough the owner of bro tech came out in 30 mins after initial service from other company and I told him what I found from my own troubleshooting and he found out it was a small repair required to get furnace running and didn't need replacement. Got running in 30 minutes. High recommend their services to others and their straight forward approach to doing business. Anyone in strathmore I recommend calling them.
