I am very happy to give this feedback regarding services and products I have purchased from Toshack over the years. The team there is simply the best! They are all very knowledgeable. They are great to work with. The staff is fantastic! I have worked with them on several projects for my home and rental property. They have always worked with me to find the right solution that fits my budget. When I have called them in for various maintenance and service calls…they are quick to respond and always send friendly and qualified service techs. I will continue to use them for all of my projects!

J	Joann Richardson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Toschack Service and Maintenance Corp by Jason Gravel our Home Inspector and I am so glad I made the call to this company. I originally hired another company back in April but when they could not complete the job in a timely fashion, I called ToShack and spoke with Paul who is an amazing,. helpful and knowledgeable person. Paul came to our house and took pictures, explained our options and was was so helpful for us to make our decision on which gas furnace we should have installed. Paul also called Embridge and had their crew in to complete the installation. Paul's crew completed installing our new Gas Furnace within in a couple of weeks. They removed our 55 year old oil furnace and oil tank within a couple of weeks . Toshack's crew are amazing, meticulous, polite and efficient and explained everything that they where doing. The crew completed the job in one day and there was no mess left and lifting out the old furnace and oil tank was not an easy task! Hats off to the crew. We would recommend this company 100% and Thank you to everyone at ToShack for all your help!
B	Brenda Benoit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a home in August, that had a new top of the line Lenmox furnace installed by Toshack 9 years ago. Starting in 2014, going forward, there have been several issues with this furnace. I inherited them. Toshack came the 1st time the furnace shut off in the night. The tech said it was just out of syc???? Never heard of that before. $150 bill. Happened again, and I called Upper Canada HVAC. Dan and his team, do amazing work. They found all kinds of rust coming from the heat exchanger. It was installed with the drip pain not being tilted, so the heat exchanger exchanger was rusted out, dripping rust right down onto the $35 filter. Brad in service st Toshack said it would be $1300 in labour to change out the heat exchanger. That was just labour. Upper Canada HVAC said if they could get the part they would charge me $400. I called Brad back, and he bad mouthed a competitor. Very unprofessional. I had enough of Toshack ripping me, and the previous owner off. It was their fault from the beginning, but wouldn't own up to it. Upper Canada HVAC just replaced the garbage furnace, with a brand new one, for the cost I would have to pay Toshack for a repair! Oh, and I just received another $150 bill for telling me what I already knew. I needed a new exchanger. Really???? Never use Toshack, unless you're looking to get ripped off!

They did approximately 2000 in repairs on my furnace, after repairs where performed they sent a sketchy looking technician to my house who then red tagged my furnace. Leaving me without heat. After replacing my furnace I had a technician from another company look at my old furnace and there was nothing wrong with it. Cost me around 7000 dollars for nothing. Worst experience ever. Wish I could give them 0 stars because 1 star is miles above what they deserve!
L	Layna Conibear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a new fireplace and AC unit installed by them. Ended up having problems with both. Called them to inspect both since this is a warranty issue. They came to look at fireplace and said all is fine then sent a bill for a service call. The fireplace was not fine. The fireplace manufacturer suggested I call two other certified companies to get their opinion on the installation. It was installed incorrectly as per 2 other companies and one of them put a red tag on it due to improper gas pipe installation (not per code). I had to spend close to $2000 to remedy this issue. Toshack then asked me to pay them for their visit claiming everything was fine. Now they refuse to come look at their little over 1 year old Air conditioner unit that has mechanical and installation issues. I guess we have no choice but to seek damages legally.
