I was in a bind with a clogged main drain line (roots) that had things backing up into the shower/etc. We have 6 people living in our house & can't be without bathrooms/showers for very long. Houle felt the urgency of my situation & squeezed us into an already busy day. Much appreciated & you now have a loyal customer.....thank you!!!!!

Even though they were booked up and we agreed to pay double for them to come on the weekend, they ended up saving us a bunch of money and were able to come later that day. They were quick, efficient, and professional.
On a day where multiple companies just laughed at me for even suggesting that they could send someone within 7 days, or didn't call me back, or seemed like they just didn't want my business, Houle acted like a real business. Like a business that actually wanted to serve the community or wanted my money in the form of repeat business... I don't care which... but I'll be hiring them again.
