★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great when it comes to buying flooring, but DON'T expect them to stand behind their products. We had an issue, and had to threaten them with a lawyer before they stepped up. And read their fine print! All their warranties only cover till they walk out the door! 3,800sq feet of flooring, we brought them a lot of business!

In fact you guys were great to deal with up until today. I found you very professional and helpful when I visited the showroom. You even had a swatch of fabric ordered for me as you didn't have the colour I was interested in on site. But today you made me feel like my time wasn't valuable. I understand things sometimes happen and estimates or even jobs sometimes need to be rebooked but to not be given the courtesy of a phone call was disappointing. You could have called at the last minute to rebook or even called a few minutes late asking if we could rebook. Instead I had to call you 30 minutes after my appointment time to find out if you were coming so I could go about my evening plans. I'm curious to know if I would have received a call at all. Not sure I'll be rebooking the estimate at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. My husband and I had booked an appointment to get carpet installed in our home. We returned the following day to pick out the carpet. We were in the store for over 25 minutes and the salesperson didn't even look at us. She did look at the 3 other customers who walked in after we did and offered to help them right away, meanwhile ignoring us completely. They lost a sale that day and any future business from us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very responsive staff, did an excellent job on the install of vertical and horizontal blinds, tiled my sun room and bathroom. A great help in identifying tile for the bath - excellent selection, and then the vanity top. Would definitely work with them again. And good value for my money.
