★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have never put off the proper operation of my garage door had I just met these fine folks first. After countless hours frustratingly attempting my own repair, I went in for parts. Called ahead. Meghan was wonderful - listened, checked, priced, c'mon in. Got there, everyone was cool. Diane said new parts won't solve your problem Paul, you need our guy to take a look and make the needed adjustments. I'd interrupted lunch, but Nicole stopped and got a tech booked for next day. Joseph came at promised time, didn't rush but fixed the main problem inside of 15 minutes, then proceeded to correct many other items patiently and professionally. BEST money spent, BEST people to deal with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I really wanted to thank the Garage door depot team starting with Anthony from Sales team, Laurie from Customer Service team, Ryan from the installation team and finally the owner: Diana. It was an amazing experience working with this team.
I was not just looking for the lowest possible quote I can get but I was also looking for a team who really cared. Garage door depot team met both of my expectation. They gave me the best quote and the people I worked with really did care throughout my interaction with them and delivered excellent customer service. They went above and beyond my expectation. I normally don't write much reviews but I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a new garage door or need their repair services.! Awesome experience with a team who really cared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Garage Door Depot installed our garage door 5 years ago. I get nothing but compliments from the neighbours walking by (not for me, but for the modern sleek design of our garage). Last week I got an email from them for a checkup and spring maintenance and thought it was a good deal. I called them up to book an appt. and they should up when they said they would. I love that! The service man lubricated everything that needed to be done and showed us how to do it as well. That was very handy as he told us it should be done every 6 months. He did some minor tweaks and readjustments to make the door smooth and quiet like the day it was installed. Fabulous job!! The door we have is a Garaga door. We have been pleased with the door and the service we got last week, and are still getting compliments from passersby. Thank you Door Depot for great service!

Diana, Laurie, Anthony and the door installers were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. I would highly recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to speak to someone about installing a garage door opener. I spoke to Megan. She was helpful, patient and kind with all of my questions. I was fortunate to get an appointment for next day installation. Ryan was the gentleman who came to install the garage door opener. He did a great job. He left no mess behind. It looks good and works great. No mess was left at all. Right from the person who answered the phone to the installer, they were great. I definitely recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at The Garage Door Depot was a pleasure to deal with. From the beginning to the end. The consultation process was informative and they guided me through all the options within my budget. I wanted a side mount, smart garage door opener and a travel track which would follow the pitch of my garage roof to allow for extra height clearance when open. The installation team was excellent, they installed in a timely manner, left the work area clean and explained the features of the opener and advised on some basic maintenance. I am pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new garage door and or opener. Thank you to Diana and her team!!!
