Kim was amazing!! She was attentive, personable, and the sweetest server we could’ve asked for!! She took care of all of our birthday needs!! We love her so much!❤️❤️

Came here last Friday after work. Served wine over and over again in a clearly dirty wine glass. Server tells me she and the bartender verified each glass for cleanliness, along with telling me this place does not polish their glasses. Serving a drink 3 times in a row, each time in a filthy glass put me off this place. Don’t get me started on the poor service I received at the same time while trying to get a clean glass. Simply unacceptable and quite frankly unnecessary.

Very over priced. Side of onion rings to go with tacos was $11.75! Sign outside advertised half price wine. It was full price. I was too tired to argue but I realized I should have paid more attention to the fact that the table beside me requested to see a manager as their bill was also unexpectedly high with advertised discounts not applied. Fish on tacos was basically fish sticks. Disappointing, poor food that wasn’t very good.

I came here recently with a group of friends and one of my friends ordered non-breaded wings specifically because she has allergies. My friend ended up being served breaded wings and the server (a different server brought the food) even confirmed they were non-breaded wings. She only took a small bite before the original server ran back and took the food away while apologizing saying they gave her the wrong set of wings. Thankfully, my friend did not have a severe allergic reaction but the staff needs to be much more careful when handling certain orders such as this one. This rating is for Onur the manager, whom did not bother to check on my friend and ensure that she was okay. Instead, the manager brushed it off and said "oh you should have told me you have allergies" when it was previously already mentioned to the server.

Very disappointed with this place. Yesterday we went with a friend for dinner and our experience was not the best. After waiting for an available table, we waited a long time for our beers and to take our order. The food arrived at 8:10 and 5 minutes later, we were approached by a waiter who told us we had to leave the place before 9 pm because there was a reservation. Really? If there was a reservation, why didn't anyone tell us when we arrived? Very rude and poor organization from the staff. We finished our meal and they kicked us out. We simply had to pay and leave.

Great location and occasionally they have great prices on specials. On the other hand, twice I've ordered a large fries to go and recieved a small fries instead. Then one time when I reserved outdoor seating they initially declined and said they would only serve inside despite the fact that other people were allowed to get tables on the patio. When I started walking away they capitulated and gave us a table outside.

This place is very particular about who it wants to seat. Especially on the patio and given its been outdoor dining only for what seems like forever, if you're not a group of girls or with a group of girls you WILL NOT be seated. They weren't taking reservations so if you wanted a table to needed to wait in line, first come first serve, which is fair... right? Well, in front of us in line was a couple, then my boyfriend and I and behind us a group of 4 guys.. we watched skeptically as select groups were walking up to the host stand and being told that theres a wait but they would take their phone number. We were never asked for our phone number so I left the line and said I saw that they're taking phone numbers but that I hadn't been asked for mine. They acted clueless. So I went back to my boyfriend in line and asked the couple in front and the group behind if they gave their phone numbers, they did not. Then one of the groups of girls we saw just moments gave their phone number returned and were seated within minutes. At this point we've been there an hour and I have no idea how long the couple in front of us was there. So we went up to ask what's going on, how much longer, and try once again to put our phone number down. In front of us was another group of young ladies, another man comes out, in a white dress shirt, appeared to be the owner or manager at least, says very loudly that he will seat them right away and to just give him a minute.. he returns and bring the girls inside.. and this was DURING no in-door dinning. We get to the host stand and ask why our number is not being taken but their taking other peoples numbers.. they once again acted aloof. When we left the line was still growing and there was a pattern of who was in the line vs who was entitled to skip the line. They were not seating couples, or groups of just men. Fox and fiddle essentially was lining up the people they didn't want to seat and seating only the people they 'selected' to be worthy of their generic pub fare.

I don’t normally leave reviews, good or bad. However, I felt compelled to write this as it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Went out with a group of friends for a late dinner around 7:30-8pmish. Was able to get a table relatively quickly which was the only pro of the night. The DJ decided to blast the music making conversations inaudible, the music was also trash. Then there were groups of people huddled around our table making it extremely uncomfortable to try to eat our meal with some semblance of peace. The food… overpriced and mediocre at best. Got the signature crispy chicken which seemed appealing but open first few bites was extremely underwhelming. The waiter was very rude and disrespectful, I didn’t believe the service overall warranted any tip and I usually at minimum give 15%. I ended up tipping 10% and the waiter made a rude comment about how much I tipped. Subsequently when my friend went to pay the waiter grabbed the machine from his hand at the tip screen and selected 15% which shocked us… Overall terrible dining experience, will never be coming back here ever again. If you want a terrible experience and overpriced mediocre food at best then this is a good spot. If not.. stay far away!
