So for the record the photo taken is obviously of the DUNDAS site but the review seems to be for the blood site I know this because the unison Dundas is right close to my house . Unison Dundas is a great place

Best Community Health Centre in Toronto. Only complaint is that sometimes the wait time is a little long. Great service, though!

Strange registration system and too much useless bureaucracy, not practical. Essentially, you will not be able to see any Dr because of some weird reason and some paperwork that you have to fill out for half an hour it's simply bananas I never seen a walk-in clinic like that period usually it's a very easy you walk in your talk to the secretary you tell her your symptoms you sit wait for half an hour or so and see a doctor. And the doctor might ask you if you want to be his patient in other words he will be your

Been a patient here over a year now. Only have ever needed them three times. Terrible service. The two ladies at reception just pick up and hang up the phone when you call so they don’t have to talk/or put you on hold. I’ve called 5 times today. And now they are just letting it go to voicemail instead of picking it up. Just need some antibiotics for strep throat. Have a better chance of finding street drugs before antibiotics.

I’ve been a patient here for over 5 years. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I call for an appointment MAYBE 2-3 times a year when things come up and yet, I can never get an appointment with my provider that is not 2+ weeks away. The only way to get an appointment ASAP is to say you’re going to go to a walk-in clinic instead. PLUS, every time i DO get an appointment, they call me the week or DAY of to tell me that it is cancelled. And I’m the one to ask if it can be rescheduled. This was also BEFORE COVID-19, things have only gotten worse, as i was kept on hold for 20 mins yesterday, only to receive a phone appointment for today, which was just CANCELLED 15 mins ago. I’ve had their nurses google my symptoms on their cellphones in front of me (like I hadn’t done that myself before going in ....) only to send me home, still in pain, for me to solve my own problem. Everyone is very nice, but nice-ness does not make up for terrible healthcare service. Save yourself some time and frustration and find another health care provider.

Phones are hardly ever answered by reception. My GP Nurse never calls on the scheduled date or time its as if the staff cant keep a schedule. It seems there's a climate of discrimination and marginalization toward young to middle aged men here, and a bias towards misdiagnosing clients. Im forced to find another health clinic due to the numerous issues I have experienced here.

I sent emails, left voicemails, called multiple times to get my appointment. FINALLY after two weeks, I got an appointment 1,5 weeks away. I was late to my appointment for 12 mins (I called in advance to let them know). They refused service because I was 12 minutes late! More, they refused to let me in to talk about rescheduling. The receptionist Rosanne refused service and then ignored me standing by the door. The other receptionist just watched and pretended not to be there.
