★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this firm to be impersonal, uncaring, terrible at communicating, incredibly sloppy, and a bit rude. Our agreement was littered with errors - incorrect addresses, birthdates, typos, incorrect numbers. I was astounded. Getting the clerk to respond to my questions was nearly impossible. At the end of the day everything got done but I wouldn't hire or trust them again.
