★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than one year and they can’t resolve an issue with our purchase. The worst customer service and Daniel the manager- no comments toward. (Scammers) We paid the full price for a fireplace that doesn’t work and Regancy Fireplace is pretty much the same. Both companies have been horrible to deal with. Would never recommend!

Our salesperson, Brentt, was great to deal with--friendly, a good explainer, and patient. The installation crew was quick and careful. Highly recommended!

I purchased a gas insert from Valor with the help of the sales representative Yessica, her customer service was amazing and she helped clear all of my concerns. The technicians also did a great job on the installation. Very happy with the way it turned out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Zoroast The Fireplace Store advertised in the Living Luxe magazine and immediately knew that it would be our one stop place to go to for all of our fireplace needs. As such, both my fiance and I decided to begin our search at this amazing store! Vanessa, our sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and took the time to answer all of the questions which we had about electric fireplaces. Also, the showroom had one of the largest selections we have ever seen and a very calm atmosphere. We feel confident with our purchase and would highly recommend for others to take a look at their showroom.

The installation was scheduled within a matter of a week from date of purchase. The installers were on-time and courteous. They did such a great job with the install. They even walked us through the functionality of the fireplace. If you need a fireplace you have to buy it here. You won’t be disappointed.
