★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been working from home during Covid and both decided to spend some money renovating the main floor. My designer recommended Concord Fireplaces as she had worked with Nicole there on multiple projects. I met with Michael and Mechan there and they walked me through all of the fireplace options. Their showroom has a huge selection and they spent almost 2 hours helping me decide what would work best. Scott came and did a pre-inspection and was very professional and knowledgeable. Luckily there was not a delay on the product (as many things are currently due to Covid) and we had a beautiful fireplace waiting for us within weeks. I am most excited to use it this coming fall and winter. Thank you for your service.

Nicole and Michael worked to see our vision become a reality and both my partner and I are beyond impressed. They told me that they’ve been in business for over 40 years and I can see why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Mechan was our sales consultant and he was very good - took time to show us all the models and the features. We're very happy with our Heat N Glo SlimeLine - we got some upgrades that Mechan recommended and they really worked out well for us. He also did a great job explaining the the installation process so we were prepared for that.
The service team was also very good. The guys who did our installation were good and their manager was in constant communication with us.
After everything was done I needed an adjustment and the service manager came by that same day. Can't recommend these guys enough.
