★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koury at NU Fireplace is the best. We needed fireplaces for 2 new houses. From the time we met with Koury to the time we had them installed, he was always so helpful and true to make everything smooth. We visited other fireplace guys, and they were interested in quantity than quality.
Koury will forever be our fireplace guy. He has the capacity to do large or small jobs. His installer is also very professional and on-point.
We give NU-Fireplace over 10 stars for great service.

He gave us a great price on the exact fireplace (model and brand) we were looking at in other showrooms. We had some hiccups with our renovation and his installer Niaz had come back 2 months later and finished the job within the week that we needed him to come complete the job.

I was pretty set on purchasing a fireplace wood insert but he convinced me to go gas based on my needs. Turned out he was right and saved me lots of headache this winter. Showroom is a bit small but has more than enough models on display. Would recommend Nufireplace based on experience and price.
