First of all I walked in 10 minutes before closing, but he was willing to stay extra time to help me out (before the lockdown). I went to Sarana tile with a lot of uncertainty regarding what I wanted my tile to look like. Luckily John made suggestions to show that the tile I picked may not worked ideally with the layout of my living room. I am so glad I went to Sarana and took his suggestion. I really love the result thanks to John and his expertise, and I honestly couldn’t thank him more for helping me make the right decision in improving my kitchen floor!

The tiles I was searching for were out of stock everywhere I checked in Southwestern Ontario. Calling Toronto office was my only hope and I am happy I've made that call. Working with Danial Y was a great pleasure. Not only he physically confirmed that tiles I was looking to purchase were, indeed, in the warehouse, but he organized delivery to my house miles away from Toronto (even though I was told "this was not possible", by the local tile companies). Also, thanks to Danny from the Hamilton office and Rick (driver). Great job!
