A lifetime warrantee on our wood stove ended up meaning nothing and now we have to buy another stove after the heat shield failed and fire box warped. Pacific Energy dodged their warrantee and Cranbrook Fireplace just shrugged their shoulders.
I expected more.

The people at The Fireplace, Cranbrook were awesome. If you want quality product and professional service, go there!
