A Western Star dealer, we offer a variety of highway, vocational and off-road trucks at our Lethbridge and Medicine Hat locations. We also have a line of top-quality used trucks for sale.
Walking into our dealerships, you’ll notice immediately our focus on providing a family-friendly atmosphere and state-of-the-art equipment. We’re constantly upgrading as well, as processes, new training and technology become available.
Our history
Dunlop has been a well-recognized name in the southern Alberta automotive community since this family opened their first Ford dealership in 1964. They started us, the heavy truck division, in 1999 in Lethbridge and opened a second location in Medicine Hat in 2005.
Meanwhile, the future Dunlop Truck Centres – Cranbrook, B.C., was operating under the name of Rocky Mountain Diesel, which began in 1981. In 2018, we became a unified dealer with three locations, covering southern Alberta and southeastern B.C.

I brought my motor home to Dunlop for a out of province inspection. Chad provided great service and even put me in touch with the right person for a great deal on a set of new tires for my motor home.
He had the rig in and out of the shop, delivered it to the tire shop for me and then put the sticker on it passing the inspection on his way home from work as it was getting late in the day!
Can't thank him enough for getting this done so quickly! I will be bringing our motorhome to Dunlop for any future service work and/or repairs.
