★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such an amazing experience! He had everything set up, sanitized and ready by the time we arrived. He explained the traditional way of doing it. Since we were close to the water, we had the option to jump in the ocean, as well there was a stream next to us and he would fill the buckets for us and we would dump the water on our heads. (don't worry we didn't do it in the steam, we didn't want to disturb the ecosystem) Since we had booked it around sunset and after, he also kindly offered us a fire, which was needed as it go dark. I would 100% recommend and do this again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience! The wood fired sauna was hot and ready for us at Spanish Banks. Super nice service, clean and spacious sauna, great scenery, ocean and fresh water access to cool off. We will definitely book it again....hopefully regularly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have booked private sauna time at Spanish banks a few times, and it has been the BEST end to the day. You can stoke the fire to get it VERY hot, but you are in complete control. Having the ocean just a few steps away is the icing on the cake. Suggestion - bring some rubber shoes/sandals so you can quickly hustle into the water with your shoes on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there a better way to appreciate nature than through a traditional Finnish Sauna experience? Sweat and connect in a beautifully built cedar sauna then cool off in a cool alpine lake. Rinse. Repeat.
Super easy to use, and bringing glamping into camping.. can’t wait to have a backcountry Finnish Sauna again. 6 out of 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a perfect COVID-era adventure to have with a small group of friends. I was really looking forward to this experience and it did not disappoint at all. The sauna was HOT and ready to go with so many small details taken-care of by Valtteri! Can't wait to do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a sauna for the week and it was even better than expected, the sauna was delivered and set up right at the house and provided the best après ski experience to be social and recover after a great day on the mountains. The whole experience coordinating (and even arranging to keep the sauna for an extra day) was so easy. The Finnish Sauna team checked in to make sure everything was going well.
If you have been thinking about hiring a sauna, don't hesitate, make it happen as you will not be disappointed.
*warning: you will probably want to buy a sauna after this experience!
