★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suzie was amazing ! We were not seriously looking for a home when Suzie recommended she sign us up for her 'hot sheets email'. She asked us what our ideal house was and worked her magic to find listings that matched. I never felt any pressure about scheduling a showing or needing to buy. When a wonderful house came to us from her email recommendations she was so quick to set up a showing and worked with us through the whole process. It was our first home and the buying process was so smooth with Suzie. She even got us the cutest housewarming present :) If we ever move, Suzie all the way !!

She was always available to answer our questions, show us a house at a moments notice and even helped us and contacted us while she was on vacation. She always has her clients needs at the forefront and reassured us along the way. Her team stepped in (Cheryl!) when Suzie was unavailable. They both worked like clockwork!! She knows what needs to be done and does it exceptionally. She made our house shine with finishing staging touches and had fantastic marketing (only agent we saw that puts out a multipage colour brochure of a listing) which brought tons of showings from all over Niagara and the GTA in 3 days and multiple offers.
