Luigi Delisio took the time to thoroughly researched the matter and touched upon relevant laws; developed a sound response strategy and most importantly got me the result I was wishing for. Through the entire process, he was very honest, patient, kind and helpful. It was not a big case that I retained his service on, and I'm impressed at his level of details and professionalism - I can just imagine what he would do for clients with more complex requirements.
