He was patient, reliable, flexible, practical and we never felt pressured. We are very happy in our new home but will definitely be keeping Tom in mind for our next move down the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent experience with the Davids and DeLaat team, particularly with our agent Sylvia Oettinger in both selling a commercial property and purchasing two residential rental properties.
Sylvia was ethical in her business practice making sure we were well educated on the rental market. She brought up issues for us to consider in the houses that we hadn't even thought of - in fact, she made us really think through our decisions in a way that was practical and non-emotive which resulted in us not jumping on the first few homes we saw which is not typical of a real estate agent. This speaks to the team's ethics and commitment to their client's wellbeing.

The team excelled at presenting the property via the listings services. The video footage taken from a drone pushed the listing into a heightened space of awareness amongst potential buyers.
I was impressed by the bid evaluation process. It was fair to all bidders.
Definitely look forward to engaging this team in future real estate deals.

The photos and video he used really showcased the home and he priced it perfectly to generate a lot of interest. He got us a quick sale and a great price. Steve is amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him.

He is patient, willing to go the extra mile to get the perfect house for his clients, we looked at hundreds, he made sure we didn’t buy a property that was not suited for us. He helped us with finding a mortgage broker, drove through snow storms to show us homes… and was sending us listings he thought we would like. He found us the perfect house! We are excited to be moving in soon, and selling our house he made so easy, even with unpleasant purchasers, he did an incredible job handling the sale. Anthony is the kind of agent you want in this market. He is the best!

We had initially discussed a target goal that I needed to meet in order to sell the home and with some patience and continued determination from Shawn and Spencer they managed to secure a firm offer greater than what I anticipated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing journey we had with Shawn selling the home our parents lived in for 57 years! Since this was a whole new experience for us, especially in today's market, we relied on his expertise and guidance throughout the process. On first meeting Shawn, we recognized his great energy, passion, professionalism and knowledge of the market and selling homes. He was patient and explained our part in the moving process and preparing the house for sale and offered suggestions for various services. He kept communication open, answered all our questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Working with Shawn and trusting his knowledge made the entire experience less stressful but with lots of laughs along the way! Shawn sold the house in 5 days and certainly lived up to his "DeLaat Delivers" motto, especially when the house sold for way over asking! Thank you for all you have done and especially for being kind and patient with our elderly parents. It truly was a life changing experience!
