We didn't have an extensive list of requirements, but the requirements we did have were virtually non-negotiable. A day after our initial meeting, he found us a space that hadn't hit the market yet and checked all the boxes. I especially appreciated that he understood we're business owners, and time is limited, so he didn't waste it showing us properties that wouldn't have fit the bill. He's responsive, listens, and seamlessly guided us through the process. I feel like if there weren't a pandemic going on, he literally would have held our hands through it.
