★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company in the market, i sent 6 palets of oranges to Toronto and they arrived frozen, complete lost, i lost 4000$ and my potential client. They did nothing to help me!!! Dont sign the waver for your products!!! Contact me if you have to.

As a driver you are expected to give up your family and social life.
Local or highway drivers are just numbers and don't be fooled by the family owned company status .
There is nothing family oriented at erb .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company. this used to be the greatest company doing QC-ON transportation. its now a total disaster! everything is late, over promising under delivering! they have caused tremendous damage to local businesses and refuse to take responsibility. must have real dumb management! DO NOT USE THEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit #2: And the problems continue. Driver arrived one day early, I told him the order is not ready yet and to return on the scheduled pick-up day. Day of the scheduled pick-up, I called Erb to confirm an ETA and the driver cancelled the order!!! I'm livid at the horrible organization but have no idea what other transport company to use for frozen East Coast transports.
Edit: changed 2 stars to 1 stars. Yet again, order was picked up one day late and two drivers showed up the day after. The first day, the driver took off before getting the order and told dispatch that the order wasn't ready when I had clearly said I was waiting for him on the dock. This is also the fourth time I've attempted to update them with my phone number and they still call the old one.
Original: Previously great service but lately trucks are late or don't show up. I've also experienced multiple trucks for the same delivery arriving, when I only need one truck. Been using too much time dealing with Erb, like rescheduling pickups because they don't arrive, having to figure out why they sent multiple drivers, or listening to some drivers anger over their poor work environments with Erb.
I constantly have to remind drivers and dispatch that they need to call upon arrival instead of waiting in the loading bay for something to happen.
They need to seriously take time to fix these issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very dissatisfied with the service . There is a real deception of customers. When you order a delivery, you think you will pay for the weight of your goods, but ERB doesn't think so. When ERB pick up your cargo from the shipper, the shipper indicates the weight on the "Biil of lading", which is signed by shipper and the ERB driver. If ERB decides to verify the weight (which is their job), they charge YOU an additional 39$! And that is not all. When weighed, your load is weighed along with their pallet and the weight of the pallet is not deducted. I haven't seen this pallet but I think it's about 60 lb.
