★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a move with NatPro for July 2nd. Then NatPro just didn't show up. Our appointment was for 8am. When they were late we started calling them but we couldn't get through. We finally got ahold of them (they did not contact us) at 9am, they said their truck was "taken off the road". If the truck was taken off the road they could have let us know at 8 am when they were supposed to have shown up. And according to other reviews, the truck was "taken off the road" several days before our move. Imagine trying to find another moving company the morning of the move when someone expects you to be out by noon so they can move in. Then to top it off, NatPro refused to refund the $500 deposit until I deleted the negative review! It took NapPro 3 weeks to refund the deposit by e-transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company cancelled on us last minute for our July 1st move after we booked months in advance. We didn’t even receive a phone call, they just sent a fake excuse via email at 8pm the night before! Can’t even admit to overbooking themselves, they absolutely ruined our day and threw us under the bus. We will be seeking legal action for damages. How can you possibly think it’s ok to do this people. Just pure horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demenagement NatPro provided us with awesome service back in mid August. We used their service twice within the same week. They are very punctual and finish the job on time. They take great caution in transporting everything, and securely wrap big pieces from appliances to furniture and stack everything in the truck with zero damage. I would like to thank Bobby, Jordan, Max and Gabe. I truly recommend them for any type of move. They are definitely reliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service for my mom's move to a senior residence. The owner (Bobby) was there in person, himself coordinating everything.
When they realized they would be arriving late due to traffic (out of their control), not only did they call and give us heads' up, they added another worker to make sure we stayed on schedule and indeed they got the job done!
And the movers smiled all day, were very cordial, pleasant, hard-working and efficient.
5 stars+++! I highly recommend this moving company and would use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for this guy for 60 hours. he didn't pay me a dime. what ever you do don't EVER get your moving done by this company. he's a sceeze not to mention a liar as well as a thief. if I were you go to someone else because this guy is bad news

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a delay in the move which was unexpected but they made an effort to arrange it early for the next day and make it work.
However I think they need to take more details of how much stuff there is to be accurate on the time each move will take to better plan and in case the estimate is not realistic.
The movers did a job well done and were all hard workers and attentive so that’s deserving of a good review for the team.
