It was my first time visiting Embroidery Studio in Aurora; all I can say is that I had a wonderful experience, the store owner Clara was very kind and helpful she went above and beyond by spending an hour helping me with my order; I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who requires a professional embroidery job. The Embroidery Studio deserves 5 Stars and more! I put in a small custom order of Field Hockey Canada jerseys for the Masters World Cup which I would be participating in. Many places have minimums but this place does not. The owners of this shop not only agreed to help me but also bent over backwards in getting the design right. I gave them the logo measurements as specified by FIH (International Federation of Hockey based in Europe) which would always do a uniform check before the tournament. Clara took her time to make sure everything was correct and confirmed with me by phone, via email and in person. The jerseys were printed very promptly, and turned out beautifully. Thank you!

After receiving a quote in writing via email...I went into the studio to place my order. The woman pulled up my email on her computer and printed it to review with me. She asked me how much I was quoted...I showed her the email I received from someone on her team and she then proceeded to tell me that the quoted cost was incorrect and they never quote $40 for digitizing logos. Despite the fact that I had it in writing from the studio. She then proceeded to tell me that the email I received from the studios email address was not from someone on her team and that there was no Ray that worked there. After that she then told me I must've emailed another store. However...she had just pulled up my email and printed it with all of the correspondence including the quote. She was rude...lied straight to my face...and completely went back on their quote. I am amazed at what poor customer service I experienced today. Took my business elsewhere and they were more than happy to help me.

We've purchased our company uniform and t-shirts twice and both times they have gone above and beyond in making sure we were happy with our custom apparel. Both times, our apparel were finished in a timely manner, the quality was top notch, pricing was reasonable, and the staff were always very helpful and friendly.

I would NOT recommend this place. I was given a quote for embroidering letters onto a sweatshirt on the phone by a lady of $20. She asked I send an email with photos. The email went to Peter Kwok, who replied the cost would be "$15 per sweatshirt". In the photos, it was explained there were two different locations on the sweatshirts that required embroidery. When my daughter dropped it off, she was charged $30 per sweatshirt x 2 ($67 total incl tax). I called to find out why the price was different. I was told by a lady that it was "$15 per location". I told her about the email and asked to speak to Peter, who refused to come to the phone. She said if I did not like the price, they would cancel the order. I sent an email to Peter asking about the price difference, and he replied with a very arrogant response that he will NOT be doing it for $15 and to pick up my stuff, which I did. Very poor customer service. Peter could have simply explained that his first email was incorrect. Or maybe there was a miscommunication between us. As a business, they should treat customers a little kinder. Are they running a professional business or a carnival sideshow?
