Terrible customer service. Phone does not answer and request to send an e-mail to customer care. Customer care (by e-mail) can't figure out where is the portion of my order that is missing as they've made a partial delivery! Can't contact any person to resolve the issue and my daughter has no complete uniform after almost 3 weeks of school. Whish there were other alternatives!

I am holding the line for an hour now, still no one answer my call! I emailed & Live Chat are useless! Frustrated! I really need urgent help but not available! The in-store customer service for fitting are quite good as they hire the young staffs to manager it. However, some of cashiers are very slow & not efficient. It took quite a long time to complete the transaction. The latest visit is the same performance as last year when I was there.

Totally understand this company has a monopoly on uniform for my child's school, therefore I was forced to interact. It took over 2 weeks to get an appointment and then when we arrived there was no stock. Understood our school is smaller, however, when over 600$$ is shelled out a phone call at the aforementioned time is paramount. We have now begun the year, my child hasn't their uniform, however, I have been charged.Cassandra did her best in store, that said, with such terrible customer service paired with high prices why do we partner with this company? It is financially prohibitive and we don't have the clothing. Beyond frustrated!

We shopped back in July for daughters uniform and had a lovely experience. Staff was friendly, helpful to deal with. And then the Saturday before school starts we had a uniform emergency and no appointments available. However I was able to speak to manager Sara who came to a frazzled mom’s aid. She has protocols that she has to follow, which I totally understand but she listened to my problem and found a way to help. She went over and above to help me on what was probably a crazy busy day for her. I really really appreciate her help. She saved my day!!! Thank you ever so much !!! Nathalie

The cashier Dylan and the fitting assistant girl who helped us with uniforms (sorry forgot to get her name) were both really helpful and friendly. While the staff are good, there are a few things to say for management - I could see it was crazy busy and there was only 3 or 4 young employees running around trying their best, the company is understaffed. Parents kept coming in with their kids and having to wait for so long with them being understaffed too. Two cashiers and a few more employees would be good. Also, a little better price would be helpful because the prices of uniforms are really high. As well, somewhere for parents to see the prices of the uniforms would be good as we don't know until we get to cash (price details need to be posted somewhere for us to see).

Just awful. Late order and not by just a little. Months. No stock. Lots of excuses. Blaming everyone including the schools for their issues. Zero ownership. Purposely given wrong colour polo because they didn’t have stock of the one we ordered. No customer support. No one ever answers the phone. Emails take a week if they decide to respond. I can’t believe schools deal with these people.

I don't know what they use to make the sweaters, but mine's color faded to brown-white in certain spots after just two weeks or four washes. Later, the cloth got even more worn out and the stands began peeling off of the sweater. The worn-out spot was awkward to look at and made me feel uncomfortable when wearing it. Similar results with the pants. Worst part is, I have to continue buying from them because they sell the school uniform clothing items (I got my clothes from the one in Markham).

Made an order in August 2021. It is now end of December 2021. Still not received my daughter's pants. Her current pants are mid calf and she looks ridiculous but we have no choice as they say do not have stock even though I received an email stating her pants were ready. Nobody calls back. Email bounced back today. I copied my child's principal to let her know she has no uniforms. I will be contacting better business bureau if this does not get rectified.
