★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: After I reached out to her Robin kindly agreed to replace the bouquet with a new one. It is refreshing to deal with a business that actually cares about it's customers & reputation.
I wisely called in instead of ordering online; there was very little to choose from for a same day delivery. The "deluxe" bouquet we received was alright except that several days later some of the flowers still had not bloomed. Most of the flowers have started wilting in less than a week (despite change of water). Quite disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Obvious misrepresentation and full of poor quality and quantity in the arrangement.

As I missed answering the door, a lady from Aurora Greenhouse called to make sure i received them. I was a bit busy and forgot to tell her how beautiful they are! Sorry. ?
