★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a creative and well executed vision for creative entrepreneurs! The building is absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is one of innovation and positivity, really focusing on excellence and community. The office spaces are beautiful and the conference room really is a huge step up from other meeting spaces I've seen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new office space, or a new place to hold meetings, as the conference room subscriptions are very reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve visited the Duke many times now for various reasons and gotten to know Andrew quite well. If you read through the comments here you will see over and over again what people’s first impressions of the Duke are. It is only after you stop by yourself, to catch a glimpse of what they are talking about, that you realize words don’t even begin to describe how unique and impressive this entire building is. Truly must be seen to be appreciated. From the conference room to the coffee bars to each of the uniquely sized office spaces, you are sure to find a workspace that’s perfect for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a studio at The Duke building for our Christmas mini. From the beginning, Andrew (the owner) has been super accommodating and flexible with our date. He also answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. The space itself is very beautiful with lots of natural light, which is what I needed for my session. I'm so happy to have found this space for all my future indoor sessions. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been following the Duke on Instagram for a while and loved what they were doing with the building since day one. The restoration was so beautifully done, and you can sense how proud everyone at the Duke is of their space. I had the pleasure of photographing Roses + Twine's branding session in the Duke's conference room and was in awe with how beautiful everything was. The conference room is super bright, and I love all the accents and thought put into decorating the room itself. It's great for meeting clients and having meetings, but if you are doing a small shoot it's also fantastic for that! I highly recommend it. The owner, Andrew Mark, is super friendly and will help you with anything you need. There is also ample parking on the street which makes things super convenient.

The location, just off highway (both the 406 and QEW) and short walk to downtown, as well as the ease of parking, didn't hurt either. Andrew was very quick to respond and always accommodating to any requests we may have had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a little tough getting mid-day boardroom reservations as it was often occupied for large periods of time, every day. Fortunately, I was able to arrange my meetings in the evening when the boardroom was not occupied. Other than that, it's a great space with lots of potential. I'd recommend in general, but especially so if you need an evening meeting space.
