They are incredibly respectful, professional and put in great effort to ensure an enjoyable living experience. They have been keeping up with repairs and resolving issues in a timely manner and have even gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Previous to Radar taking over the management of our property it was very poorly managed and not a comfortable living environment; however, Radar quickly turned that around and now I feel safe and comfortable in this property and know that if anything happens they will immediately resolve the problem.

But with circumstances unforeseen, they also helped assist me in having to unfortunately move due to the owner selling after only 14 months. Very friendly and responsive. We live out of Canada, Christine was very helpful in providing ideas on how to uplift the condo, informing us about the laws and regulations during the COVID lockdown. Her passion is evident in the way she deals with us as owners as well as the tenants, which good for us to have to long term tenants. Radar kept our condo in excellent condition by choosing the tenants and their quick responses to tenant's problems. We sold our condo, but definitely we will ask Radar for their services to manage our next property. Again, thank you Christine for your help and patience with all my questions during the Tax filing, I will miss the back and forth emails. We wish you all the best. Keep up the good work

They perform all of the requirements set out by our local authorities set out for rental properties. It is a great feeling to know that all the safety requirements needed by law are followed.

They are on top with inspecting all smoke alarms and CO2 detectors ensuring everything is in working condition as well as regular maintenance on the furnace. Any problems that arise are quickly fixed. I would recommend Radar Properties to any one looking to rent or owners who want a worry free rental. Thank you to the Radar Team!!!

They're extremely responsive if and when you need anything, it's taken care of right away. The property is very well maintained and clean upon moving in. They perform regular maintenance checks and are on top of Fire alarm testing, etc. They're extremely professional and very kind. They definitely made relocating from hours away a breeze. Highly recommend renting from them.

I originally contacted them about a different rental, but after mentioning some specific requirements the agent, Carol, steered me away from that one and mentioned the property I ended up renting, which is perfect for our needs. We'll see how it goes; in my experience the real test of a landlord is how they deal with maintenance requests, but so far all dealings I've had with Radar have been pleasant and professional. (Disclaimer: I was asked to leave this review, but it is my honest opinion).
