Took my money and never represented me, didn't show-up at court bench warrant was out for me. Gave me some silly excuse, save your money for real lawyers.

I wish i could give a better rating than 5 stars. I first found Josh on a youtube video giving free advise so I decided to email him about a tenant issue. Thank God I did, it was the best decision I ever made (turns out I made a mistake on my LTB filing which could have thrown my case out and would've started everything over). Get your peace of mind and hire Josh, it's worth every penny. He is currently helping me on settling with the tenant. Knowledgeable, responsive, and diligent. I can't recommend him enough, when this is over he will probably end up saving me thousands. Thank you!

-total lack of professionalism from Jeremie Nadeau -does not respond to emails or phone calls. still waiting for a response from three weeks ago -our file was left open up at the front door with no one there anyone could have taken it or read it -tells you that it will be three weeks on May 4, but here we are Aug 21 still waiting -save your money, get a lawyer that is willing to take your calls , answer your questions professionally and who seems to want to work for you -would never recommend this law firm

Your Legal Services was an amazing firm to work with . They went above and beyond in assisting us with our first home purchase. The Law Clerk Lucine was an amazing, trustworthy, knowledge person. She always helped us with everything. She did all the work without worrying us. When we didn’t understand she always spends time to explain more. She did everything from A to Z. It was a pleasure to work with her and with Your Legal Services. Being new to Canada it was very difficult for us to understand the rules, but we felt very comfortable and confident that we were well taken care of! Thank you thank you so so much ! We would always say β€œyou go east you go west Lucine is the best” ? Thank you Marina!

I would not recommend using their service. Your Legal Services took on our business when they really did not have the time for it. Nick, one of the associates, was honest, apologetic and transparent when I had to follow up mutliple times requesting a copy of the letter sent and to learn if a response had been provided. His approach was appreciated. After the 6th follow up on my end, I expressed my frustration regarding the lack of responsiveness to Dwayne, the partner working on the case. His response was rude and condescending. While they resolved the matter we retained them for, their customer service is severly lacking. There is very little care for how they treat their clients. I would much rather give my money to people who even pretend to appreciate your business. UPDATE: The response received to this feedback is: "Hi Kelsey, Very sorry to hear you have felt this way about our services. We understand that you weren't in fact our client, but the proxy of one. No office can only focus 100% of its time on one file, but the file you were interested in was completed with great success Its of interest to note we were hired not 2 weeks ago, again, not by you. So to turn an intake into a completed outcome in 14 days would suggest this file was handled with great care and execution. Thanks!" This feedback furthers my point that the experience of client is not overly important to this firm. I stated that the case was resolved, which has been pointed out again in your response. This was not the complaint. There was never an expectation of 100% of the office's time. The expectation was to care enough about the client experience to keep up communication and not have the client chasing you for information. In addition, you are correct. I am the proxy. For the purpose of the feedback that is not relevant. I was the proxy client, and therefore am the person who received the poor experience. I wish the firms' response had have been something like "Thanks for the feedback Kelsey. We take on a number of cases and sometimes our communication can suffer as a result. Our apologies. We will keep this in mind and strive to ensure all of our clients experience a level of communication that shows that their business matters to us. We hope you will consider us for future business." Just a little accountability to the experience, not just the outcome would be appreciated.
